Subscription Cancelation Policy
To cancel you must send an email to kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.com. Any other attempt of communication will not cancel your subscription. We must receive, by email, your request to cancel by the 15th of the month before your next payment is due. If you request to cancel after the 15th, your cancellation will take effect the following month. (Example: If you request to cancel on June 16th you will still be billed for July and receive a July kit, your cancelation will be processed on July 15th). You can rejoin in the future (as long as there are spaces available) when the subscription membership is open again. But remember once the group is sold out, you will have to wait for new spaces to open.
Please keep in mind that if you are at a previous lower price for the group and cancel, if you decide to rejoin in the future, you’ll be rejoining at whatever the current prices at that time.
- Once your cancelation is processed in our system you will no longer have access to the Video Library and you will no longer receive the discount in our shop.
- Once you cancel the membership you will be removed from the private Facebook group on the 15th of the month after your last craft kit and no longer have access to the private group.
- We allow you to continue to have access to our Private Facebook Group until the 15th of the month after your final box so you have time to finish up any last crafts you have on hand.
- If you default on your payment you will be canceled and removed from all VIP Group access points immediately.
Craft Night in a Box Cancelation and change Policy
To cancel, email kristysteam@kristyscraftroom by the 15th of the month before your next payment due. So by January 15th, April 15th, July 15th or October 15th. If you cancel after the cutoff date, we already have your box ready for you so you will still be charged for and receive that box and your cancelation will be affective for the following box.
We will offer size changes whenever we have availability. You must request a box size by the 15th of the month before your next payment is due. If it’s after the cutoff date for the current box, the size change will be effective for the following box. All size change requests must be submitted by email to kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.
Fulfillment Policy
We strive to ship in stock items within 1-2 business days. Backorder items can take up to 5 business days to ship.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you have any issues with your purchase please send us an email to kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.com. If your product is damaged please take a photo and include it with your email and we will send you a replacement item.
We do not offer refunds on our wood cutouts or any of our kits. These are made for immediate sale, we sell out at a quick rate and cannot promote and resell after our launch date.
We do not offer exchanges on items in our shop for the same reasons listed above. Please check your cart carefully before checking out. You can view your past orders in your account at kristyscraftroom.com to insure you are not ordering duplicates to previous orders.
Shipping
Our flat rate shipping fee and our free shipping are based on all items purchased in a single order. For convenience and fastest delivery we reserve the right combine orders if they are shipping out the same day. No refund will be issued if you place two orders and they are combined into one shipment.
If you want items to go to two different addresses, you purchase a pre-order item and include other item in your order that you need sooner or need your order split into two shipments for any other reason. Your order will need to be split. We can split your order into two different orders for you. To do this you will need to purchase a shipping label for the extra shipment. US Shipping
Within the US we offer flat $8.00 shipping for orders up to $75.00. Orders over $75.00 will ship for free. Shipping rates are based on product total after all sales and discounts are applied. Totals are based on a single order, multiple orders combined (regardless of totals) will not result in free shipping.
International Shipping
Canadian shipping is weight based. When entering your shipping address into the checkout page your shipping will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order. This shipping charge does not include any charges you may receive from customs including import tax. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it. We suggest giving it a day or two, often times we find that it will show up within the next couple of days. You can view your tracking information in your account at kristyscraftroom.com. When we look up your order we see the exact same thing as you see so it’s best to reach out directly to your local post office to see if they can locate your package. It’a always good to check with your neighbors as sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong house. We cannot be held responsible for delays once we hand your package over to the post office.
Privacy Policy
Any information gathered though this website for purchases or any other reason are kept private and will not be used for any other purpose then stated. We will not sell or give your information to any third parties.

The Kristy’s Craft Room mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Kristy’s Craft Room (“Kristy’s Craft Room”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Kristy’s Craft Room’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kristy’s Craft Room through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Kristy’s Craft Room. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Kristy or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Kristy’s Craft Room mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
