We’ll give you a list things you will want to have on hand for crafting. We’ll also give you a list of paint colors we plan to use, but we like to give you the freedom to make your craft your own. so choose the colors that will go best with with the style and colors of your home.

Can I see the craft ahead of time?
Nope, it’s a surprise! Each kit is designed by Kristy and cut by Tim, and we love keeping it a secret until it arrives at your doorstep. Our members say the surprise is one of their favorite parts!

What if I miss the live craft night?
No worries at all! You can watch the replay for up to 30 days in the private Facebook group or they will live forever in our video library on the exclusive VIP website page. You’ll never miss a craft night!
Is shipping included?
Yes! Shipping is completely free anywhere in the U.S. for your VIP Craft Kit.
Can I buy an extra kit?
You sure can as long as we have them available! Members get the chance to grab extra kits after craft night is over. Perfect if you want to make one with a friend or gift it!
Is there a long-term commitment?
Nope! You can cancel anytime. Just email us at kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.com by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next kit.
What if I make changes after the 15th?
If you request changes (like canceling) after the 15th, they’ll take effect the following month.
Example: Change before July 15th = no August kit. Change after July 15th = you’ll still get August, and changes start in September.
Will I still have access to the videos if I cancel?
Once your membership ends, you’ll be removed from the private group at the end of month. After that, you’ll no longer have access to replays or group content.
How do I use my shop discount?
Once you’re a member, we’ll email you a special coupon code. Just make sure you’re logged into your account when you shop, and enter the code at checkout. It’s also pinned in the Facebook group for easy access!

Can I join anytime?
The VIP group is only when we have spots available. If we’re not currently open, you can join the waitlist to be the first to know when doors open again.

Can I use Sezzle to pay?
Sezzle does not allow subscription payments.
When will I be charged?
Renewal payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
When do kits ship?
Kits are shipped between the 5th and 10th of the month.
